شَرَفَ(n. ac. شَرْف)
a. Surpassed, excelled in dignity, honour &c.
b. Made battlements to (wall).
شَرِفَ(n. ac. شَرَف)
a. ['Ala], Was raised, rose above; towered, dominated over;
overtopped; overlooked.
b. Was high; stood up.

شَرُفَ(n. ac. شَرَف

a. Was exalted, illustrious, eminent, distinguished; was
nobly-born, of noble birth.

شَرَّفَa. Exalted, ennobled; distinguished, made illustrious;
honoured, esteemed.
b. Mounted, ascended (elevation).
c. Made battlements to (wall).
شَاْرَفَa. Vied, contended with, in glory, honour &c.
