[نسس] نه: فيه: كان صلى الله عليه وسلم "ينس" أصحابه، أي يسوقهم يقدمهم ويمشي خلفهم، والنس: السوق الرفيق. ومنه ح عمر: كان "ينس" الناس بعد العشاء بالدرة ويقول: انصرفوا إلى بيوتكم، ويروى بشين- ويجيء، ويسمى مكة الناسة، لأن من بغى فيها أو أحدث حدثًا أخرج منها فكأنها ساقته. وفيه: من أهل الرس و"النس"، يقاللان لفلان- إذا تخبر له، والنسيسة: السعاية. وفي ح عمر: قال له رجل: شنقتها حتى سكن "نسيسها"، أي ماتت، والنسيس: بقية النفس.
